The Master Technician role will be the focal point in the garages for technical issues and diagnostic problems, forming the interface between engineers and the technical & systems manager, and will be responsible for diagnostics, repairs and advice on engines, gearboxes, axles and electrical faults including body systems.

- Responsible for maintaining all pay and reward data for London.
- Responsible for all HR reporting.
- Support the implementation of annual processes, such as bonus and pay review.

The famous Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, which has a station at Dungeness, has been using Arriva London’s Heritage Fleet RML 2360 Routemaster bus as a temporary ticket office and shop.
The role will work closely with the Engineering Supervisor of the depot and the Purchasing and Supply Manager in order to deliver key performance objectives in respect of service delivery, stock accuracy, reliability and presentation, within clearly defined budget limits.
